Our guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel lobby at 7:30am. Drive 1.5 hours to Mutianyu Great Wall. Mutianyu Great Wall has much more watchtowers than normal Great Wall. Altogether, you will find 22 watchtowers on this 1.4 mile stretch of Wall. Fortifications were as well constructed over the both sides of the Great Wall. It also has inner and out barriers that are crenelated with merlons. This was so shots could be fired at attackers on both sides - an extremely unique and fascinating characteristic of the Great Wall, which presents the strategic military value. If you need to get to the highest point, cable car is a good choice (optional).
You will have chance to visit Jade Carving Factory (45 min), which is a renowned particular Chinese product, a blending of the first-class acquisition on sculpture and Chinese traditional civilizations. Not missed.
